Just curious as I've never done this...was the meal they prepared just selected from their menu or did they actually create something new based on the tasting notes? I would love to know this as I really liked Farm and would gladly bring a nice bottle with me on a date. Thanks!

Love the smartphone tip. Even better if you can get one of those apps that will let you snap the barcode and immediately populates the tasting notes

Though not many ordinary wine drinkers pay attention to this area, and indeed this is less commonly emphasized, yet it is worth a mentioning. This is because while much of the characteristics of wine are closely similar, there are some with very drastic differences.

Hi Kat,

I'm really to sorry to hear about your DHL woes. That's frustrating to say the least. I'll make sure to pass on your experience to the people we know at DHL as well.

I would hope if others such as yourself are having bad experiences with DHL to please let us know. As this is our first month working with them, we are obviously experiencing some growing pains, but are striving to solve any issues swiftly and efficiently.

Lastly, the new boxes no longer have our logo on them, and thus are a lot more discreet for office deliveries if you ever decide to have them forwarded to your work in the future.

Thanks for hanging in there, and hopefully the wines we've picked for you this month make it all worth while.

In regards to DHL delivery... I missed the delivery on Friday, the box on the notice said they would try again on Monday. I took the day off today to get my wine... they never showed up.. so I went to the website to track the package (which I never did get an email, for the tracking number so had to log on here to find it, also the notice the person left on Friday was unreadable on the AWB #) ... found my package & it says they tried on Thursday (WHAT???? no notice was left), again on Friday (I did receive a notice) and it is showing now marked as undeliverable????? tried calling the "help desk" busy for over an hour and then last time I called - got a message their call center is now closed... This is the worst company for deliveries and I have always have problems with them.

David at WineCollective, thank you for your assistance in letting us change our delivery method!! I am hoping that the DHL center is not so busy tomorrow.
I am hoping to be able to get through to find out where my June shipment is now. :-(

Guess I am taking another day off work :-(
